Last year, family-run Dutch bakery Borgesius took delivery of a new twin-lane multi-aperture Stealth metal detector built in the UK by Fortress Technology.
Within 12-hours of installation, the new Amsterdam factory was running at full capacity accurately inspecting 14,000 loaves per shift!
